Sanjay Dutt was born on 29 July 1958 to Sunil Dutt and Nargis Dutt. Sanjay Dutt, the son of Bollywood’s legendary stars, proved his mettle for his strong acting and worked in many hit films in Bollywood.
But the stories of his love life also made headlines. The actor had revealed in an interview that he had 308 affairs.
Sanjay Dutt married actress Richa Sharma in 1987. After marriage, Richa quit acting and a year later the couple became parents to a daughter Trishala. After one and a half years of marriage, it was discovered that Richa had a brain tumor. After this, Richa went to America with her daughter for treatment.
While Richa was hanging between life and death, the rumours of Sanjay Dutt’s love affair with Madhuri Dixit were making headlines. It is said that when Richa came to know about this, she left her treatment and came to India. During that time, Sanjay Dutt did not even go to receive her at the airport because of Madhuri.
As soon as she came to India, Richa’s health started deteriorating and on 10 December 1996, she said goodbye to this world.
After Richa’s death, model and socialite Rhea Pillai entered Sanjay Dutt’s life. Sanjay also went to jail in the Mumbai blast case during that time. Rhea stood by him during that time.
Being with Riya in difficult times made Sanjay Dutt fall in love with her and then the actor proposed to Riya on Valentine’s Day and both got married in 1998. However, due to films, Sanjay was not able to give much time to Riya.
If media reports are to be believed, Sanjay had fallen in love with Manyata during that time. There were rumours of Riya’s love affair with tennis player Leander Paes. After which, after a year of marriage, there was a rift in their relationship and then they got divorced. Yasir Usman has mentioned in his book The Crazy Untold Story of Bollywood Badaa that at that time everyone felt that Sanjay had cheated but in exchange for divorce, the actor had given Riya Pillai two flats in Bandra and also transferred the shares of his companies Deja View Entertainment and Global Entertainment to Riya.
After this, Manyata Dutt entered Sanjay Dutt’s life. It is said that Sanjay was very impressed with Manyata’s caring nature and then he decided to make Muslim actress Manyata his life partner.
Sanjay married Manyata in 2008 at the age of 50. The couple has a son and a daughter.
After many affairs and two marriages, Sanjay Dutt is living a very happy life in his third marriage with Manyata. The couple is often seen showering love on each other.
